Cancellations, reschedules and no shows.

As we are a small business i require 48 hours notice of cancelation of your appointment. Any appointment that is not cancelled within 48 hours will incorporate a $40 cancelation fee per dog.

I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice is given should you need to reschedule your appointment this allows enough time to fill your appointment. Rescheduled appointments under 48 hours will incorporate a $40 reschedule fee per dog as unfortunately it does not allow enough time to fill the appointment that has been rescheduled

Failure to show up to your appointment
You will be charged 50% of the grooming cost per dog.

I ask that you respect and acknowledge at the time of booking your appointments that i allocate individual appointment times to enable time to give your pet the very best experience possible unfortunately as a small buisness failer in giving enough notice to refill these slots or not showing up to your appointment impacts a small businesses greatly. All fees will need to be paid before booking or rescheduling of any future appointments. I thankyou for your understanding, all policies can be found on the pinned post at the top of the page.

I am pleased to announce that I have secured a full-time position to ensure a more sustainable income for my family. Due to business turnover, I have had to make this decision. This was not a decision I chose to make lightly. I will continue grooming, and will run as usual until the 15/04 but my availability will be then adjusted to accommodate my new schedule. I appreciate your understanding and continued support during this transition.

I have been accepted into a course for the new year but please note that from the 5th February 2024 I will be unavailable for a 6 week period on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays due to my commitment to progress my personal skills.

🐾🐾🐾 I have returned 🐾🐾🐾

I am back to grooming, currently I am only taking on my smaller dogs as lifting is going to take some time with the bigger four pawed pals and i am not yet back to doing full hours as I was previously. I have sent out a few messages, how ever if I have missed you i do apologise. if you'd like an appointment please send me a message on here or txt message 0478 161 535, and we will make an appointment to suit. I won't be opening my bookings app just yet as I'm trying my very best to not overwhelm my body and ease my way back into things so I'm back to basics with the good old diary scheduling system.

Matting let's talk about matting and densely tangled clumps of fur in the coat.
Matting is painful even mild matting can cause your pet pain, stress and discomfort. Dog fur often becomes tangled and knotted around itself without frequent brushing and maintenance of the coat. the skin is not exposed to proper airflow, and this can cause skin irritation, hide parasites like fleas and is uncomfortable.
matting cannot be brushed out, as this causes extreme discomfort and in reality us groomers work with brushes, scissors and blades. not magic wands 🪄 🚫 🐕 🐩 we can wave over your dog to remove matting. it is there for unfair not only on your dog but also your groomer, for you to have unrealistic expectations that matted coats can be left as long as possible. while we understand it is winter and your dog may get cold, in order for matting to be removed blades must get under the matted coat.🪄 🚫 🐕 🐩
Your dog will be much more comfortable in wearing a warm jacket than a matted coat, please note matted coats usually incorporate a fee as it puts alot of pressure and can destroy our blades to remove matted coats matting is preventable through regular brushing and maintenance of the coat.
Your groomer will greatly appreciate your understanding that matting and matted coats need to be taken short in order for it to come off. 🪄 🚫 🐕 🐩

I'm going in for surgery in September I've just had it confirmed and I'll be out of action for sometime I'm just trying to give my regular clients a heads up before I book up to fast for August and can't fit in my usual regular clients 😁
