K9 Connections is a locally family-owned and run dog training and community education business servicing the southwest, we specialise in dog behaviour and training including but not limited to private in-home consults, agility training and demonstrations, board and train and classes from puppies as young as 8 weeks all the way to adult and competition dogs.

Hi everyone, this is Murray!! He’s an amazing fleece coat chocolate merle phantom parti boy, yep he carries it all.
Because he’s so special I’m looking for the perfect guardian home for him. He’s just had three weeks intensive training with the amazing Renee at K9 Connections.
I would prefer he stay in the South West but will consider Perth families also.

🐾 INTRODUCING READING BUDDIES 🐾
The Reading Buddies program provides free access to trained therapy dogs that can help school-aged children with reading confidence. Therapy dogs are known to help increase literacy skills, confidence, and the joy of reading by providing a nonjudgmental, relaxing environment for children to relax and focus.

Reading Buddies sessions take place on the first Saturday of each month and last about 20 minutes. Sessions are open to one school-aged child (accompanied by an adult) at a time and allow parents and their child to enjoy a private reading experience in a cozy, quiet area of the Bunbury Library.

DARDANUP- Mondays 5.30pm for beginners & intermediate.
DALYELLUP- Sundays 4pm for beginners & Sundays 5pm for intermediate.

Our experienced instructors have been teaching agility for many years. Whether for competition or fun, you’ll gain valuable insights from each class. We emphasize building a strong bond with your dog as the foundation for successful training.

SAMSON.
Samson & his family dropped in while visiting from Broome. His owners were having trouble with him running off to other dogs & people when off lead & getting over excited & jumping on people.
His owners have been utilising a long line but were finding in hard to contain his excitement as soon as the lead was off..
Our session was focused on rewarding desired behaviours, self control exercises & conditioning Samson to an ecollar for happy & reliable recalls.

Welcome Board & Train, Dusty! Dusty has been too rough with the older dog in the household. He is with us to learn health boundaries with other dog as well as general puppy obedience, confidence building & correct socialisation.

An amazing couple of days at the Newdegate Machinery Field Days! Lots of amazing people & the dogs were in point. We were also very lucky to have Colin from The Dog Line donate some prizes & jump in for some commentating. Looking forward to next year! Thanks for having us!

Nova has been doing amazing with her assistance dog training. She is only 6 months old & is very comfortable in the shopping centre.

Another day of Kira raising money for her New Zealand junior handlers camp.
