Babies, babies everywhere 😃
We have two duck families also loving our creek. This family has 10 little ducklings. The other has four.
I think we have a few other pairs nesting on our back dam as well.

Whilst we are very busy with the three litters in the house at the moment, I still make time each day for our other girls to get out for a frolic around the farm and a paddle in the creek each morning, which they love.
I’m asked by many people, including other breeders and Vets, why our litter numbers are so large. I put it down to happy, healthy, loved dogs on an excellent diet.

Today I introduced Billies tiny Morkie pups to the grass loo mat and already they are using it.
You’ll all thank me later when your puppies go to your home already trained to use these 🐾💕

Look out for your fur babies 💕🐾
In one 20 minute session of scrolling through Facebook I’ve had 10 notifications of stolen and lost dogs pop up on my news feed, in QLD and NSW. Including a stolen 7 day old pup in Ipswich and stolen dogs in Brissy and GC
So please keep an eye out for your pups and dogs. Something strange is going on that all these dogs are going missing 🥲🐾

Now 3 weeks old and eyes are open, here are our gorgeous Morkie pups from Billie and Tucker.
Remember these guys have hair, not fur, so are extremely non shedding hypoallergenic and super soft and cuddly

EDIT - Tobi has found his new loving family 💕🐾
Tobi the adorable Toy Poodle is looking for his new home. Tobi is 9 months old and joined us from another breeder, to be a stud dog. However, as you can see from his cute toothy smile, he has developed an underbite and we don’t wish to breed from him as a result. It doesn’t affect him at all and he happily chews his meaty bones and chicken wing tips.
Tobi is fully DNA clear of hereditary disease, has the cutest personality and loves a cuddle and adventures in the creek.
We will truely miss him and my loss is your gain.

Sleep depravation knows no bounds, but so worth it when all pups thrive.
Charlie had 14 healthy little Groodalier pups during her 26 hours of labour 🫨
We divided the litter into 2 and swapped them in with Mum every 2 hours. It was a full time job for both myself and hubby doing shifts to try and get some sleep.
Plus looking after the other mums and puppies, our other dogs, farm animals and ourselves.
Now all 14 pups are with mum full time and growing into happy chubby pups.
We have beautiful colours ranging from Red, Apricot, Champagne and Parti amongst our 6 girls and 8 boys

Oh the joys and the heartbreak of breeding.
2 weeks ago Miss Daisy went into labour 10 days early and unfortunately we lost her pups 😥😥 I cried a lot with her,
but needed to get back to work as Billie went into labour right afterwards.
She had six gorgeous little black and white Morkies.
I gave Daisy the two smallest pups, which she accepted straight away and has done a wonderful job raising them.
All six pups are chubby little things and eyes are just starting to slowly open now..
I’ll contact those of you on the wait list soon. It’s been super busy here as Charlie also had 14 little Groodalier pups, but more on that in the next post 😻

DREAMER - TB Black/Brown Mare born 2003 15.2hh
This is an incredibly difficult decision for me but I have decided to offer this amazing mare to the very best of homes only.
Whilst I have only owned her for 8 years, she has been with me and trained by me for over 16 years, owned by three very good friends during that time.

She has two main specialties, Trail Riding and Medieval Sports.
She is great in company or out on her own on a trail, she’s the bravest horse I’ve ever ridden. I’ve left her for over 12 months and then taken her for a solo road ride with no problems.

Dreamer is currently the longest, still jousting, horse in Oz. 15 years !
Dreamer has NEVER refused, bolted, baulked or declined a joust pass. Ridden by 6 jousters over the years including an International, Nicky Willis from the UK, she has proven herself to be one of the best, most consistent joust horses in the sport today.
This mare is amazing, no shy, buck, bolt, nastiness of any kind. She has been bare hoofed for as long as I've known her. All Vaccinations, including Hendra, are up to date. So are teeth ( but due soon)

You can leave this girl for months ( I've left her unridden for over a year due to her foaling and being a mum and my international travel) and just get on and go. I've even jousted her with only a handful of rides in the weeks leading up to it after nearly a year off. Her training and retention of training are rock solid. This mare will stand up and wait at the start of a pass and she pulls herself up at the end. I use voice and only a very light contact with her.

With regards to Horse Archery she is FAST, and I mean super fast ! Dreamer has been ridden, by request, by the Japanese team in all of Australia's International Horse Archery Tournaments. How this mare never raced (only trailed) I'll never know because she is fast ( did I say that already) If you understand the 90 meter horse archery run times she is a 6 to 7 second horse. That means 13 to 15 meters per second! You'll need to be very good to compete on her. However she'll just walk all day at horse archery, no worries. It's just when you drop those reins and pop into the 2 point seat at the canter that she scoots. Again, she'll pull herself up on your voice and light contact, you just need more room to do so due to the speed. For international Horse Archery events we added an extra 50 meters to the pull up area for Dreamer.

She came second in the Port Douglas Beach Picnic Races ridden by my Polish mate, Norbert. Honestly we've done some crazy fun things with this girl and she's taken it all in her stride.

She's had one gorgeous foal to Merlin in 2016. Dragonfly, you can see more of him as he has his own album on this page. she was a great mum and easy birth.

If you can ride well, you can ride this mare. However whilst I consider her quiet (nothing fazes her, she can go anywhere, do anything) she can be sensitive ride. You just think it and she's doing it. You really need to turn off your electric bum, hot seat and just chill with this girl.

Dreamer is one of my all time favourite horses to ride. This is a very very reluctant sale and not due to any fault of hers at all.

She used to jump, and do dressage etc, I've just not done that as its not been my thing for many years now. It's been all about the medieval sports for me and this girl. She would also excel at Light Horse and parades.

SOLD 🥲 - D'ARTAGNAN or Lil D as he is affectionately known is now 16.2 hh. He is Merlins first foal and is 50 percent Friesian. Very up in the front and has 3 great paces with the most amazing balanced and comfortable canter.
D was broken in at 4 yrs old and spent a leisurely 18 months under saddle being a horse archery mount plus enjoying trails around cane fields and rainforest. He is so quiet that he is used as a lesson horse ridden by children and adults.

He has competed with 3 Aussie riders at the International Event Yabusame on the Beach in front of 5000 people in 2015, a few months later he won the Furry Hooves race at the inaugural Port Douglas Beach Picnic Races in front of 10,000 people.

In 2017 he performed over 10 nights at the infamous EKKA Nights shows in front of crowds over 20,000 people each night, being ridden by the two times wold horse archery champion from Poland. He has also done many joust performances and in 2019 was my mount for the win at the Australian National Horse Archery Championships.

During Covid he was loaned to a friend who took him eventing and to dressage comps and winning pretty much every time she took him out. She had so much fun taking him on trail rides and to the beach in just a halter. He is great out alone or in company. An extremely versatile boy.

D'artagnan is a spectacular horse and is such a loving teddy bear who just wants cuddles. He is every mothers dream horse for their teenage child to excel in any discipline.

Little Miss Martha Mae was recently desexed and her Mum Sharon shared her ingenious idea of using a baby onesie to protect her stitches instead of using the ‘cone of shame’
She says it kept the wound very clean and Martha Mae was much more comfortable

Our last two Groodalier boys have found their forever families 🐾💕
They had their 2nd vaccination today and passed their health checks
These gorgeous boys will be 11 weeks old this weekend and are each currently around 3kgs. Their expected adult weights will be 8-12 kilos.

I can’t believe these cuties are still looking for their families
Groodaliers are a cross between Groodles and Cavoodles. Non shedding, toilet trained, healthy puppies with the most amazing temperaments. These guys will range between 7 and 14 kilos as adults. Super little for the breeds involved

As the pups are now turning 4 weeks old we’ve been able to put all 3 litters in together, and they love it. The Mums share the feeding and cleaning and get along wonderfully.
