Run don’t walk, we have an Agility Handling Workshop with Nikki Miller here in Bundaberg!

It will be held at our training grounds Saturday 2nd of August 2025.

This workshop will focus on teaching One Mind Dog novice handling techniques. The One Mind Dogs is a dog and agility training methodology based on a dog's natural behavior allowing us to communicate in a way that makes sense to them. A variety of novice handling techniques will be taught over small sequences as we build towards putting together a full course.

You don’t need to be a club member however Dogs need to have completed a starters agility to enrol - if you haven’t quite finished don’t stress, we hope to have more things like this! However of you are at the end of the 6:15pm beginner class and are unsure if this class may suit you please reach out and we can have a chat!

Cost:
Working spot - $80 per dog per session
Audit Spot (observe & ask questions without your dog) - $40 per person

We hope everyone enjoyed our first agility seminar here in bundy as much as we did!

Despite some warmer weather than we expected the dogs did some amazing work! We hope everyone learnt something (or lots like lots of us did!)

A massive thank you to Nicki for traveling to us to share her amazing knowledge with us all and for standing out in the heat for us all, we appreciate it so much!

It was a great day filled with new skills learnt, tightening up some previous skills and lots of homework to takes home! It was great to see a variety of breeds and levels, as well as people travelling from Rockhampton, Gladstone and Hervey Bay

Now to plan the next one! 🤩

Keep your pets safe this weekend!

We hope has an enjoyable Easter weekend with your furry friends, please remember this weekend these foods are highly toxic to dogs!

🍫 Chocolate - chocolate is very toxic to dogs and can cause a range of issues. If your pet eats any amount of chocolate this weekend please give your vet a call and they will advise you on the actions needed.

🍇 Raisins/sultanas - they are even more toxic than chocolate! Often causing kidney failure, if your pets eats any of amount raisins/sultanas found in hot cross buns please call your closest vet!

🍭 Xylitol- for our human friends eating on the healthier side this Easter please be aware the sugar free products often contain xylitol, this is also very toxic, please call your vet if you think your pet has ingested some!
