Are you a compassionate, organized, and friendly individual with a love for animals? We are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our small dynamic team!
What You’ll Do:
Greet clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
Manage client records and maintain accurate files
Assist with billing and payment processing
Support the veterinary team with daily administrative tasks
Develop skill relating to all aspects of animal care
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Passion for animals and a positive, caring demeanor
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Prior experience in customer service and excellent computer skills would be ideal
Ability to handle fast-paced situations with grace
Previous experience with Petbooqz or other veterinary based program would be an advantage
