Day 8 of the Triple M Cairns Challenge - ‘take a photo of Bodge at a great height’
Instant panic set in this morning, I am not good with heights, so I just want to say how blooming tough this was walking all the way up to the top 😰
Thank goodness I had Bodge looking after me though 😣 (I was holding on to him so tightly out of fear, if it was the real Bodge he would’ve been screaming from the pain of my nails digging into him 😬)
I must admit though, the view from the top of the Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett is pretty spectacular! And the staff…WOW, Bodge and I were really looked after 😍 Thank you 🙏🏼
I’m pretty proud of you Bodge for taking the big leap/backwards fall off the 50m high platform 👍🏼

Day 6 of the Triple M Cairns Challenge took us to our favourite Rusty's Markets
We’re surprised we didn’t bump into Tammy there as we know that’s one of her favourite places to frequent on the weekend.

We went to meet Tammy this morning at our favourite local gym F45 Training Cairns Redlynch where we got beasted by the amazing trainers with some sleds and box jumps 🥵
And of course we had to finish the class with the infamous F45 ‘High Five’ 👋🏼

“Not today buddy. You know the other day, I was listening to you and Tammy having a conversation on Triple M Cairns about how she wants her partner to have 1 meat free meal each week, and you said you’d gone Vegan for 4 months once right?
Well I thought what a great opportunity to show you one of my favourite local grocers that you can buy such a great variety of local products, ranging from toiletries, household items, fresh organic fruit and veg, so so many Vegan & Plantbased friendly foods, but they also sell Organic Meat produce too, so Tammy can kill 2 birds with 1 stone…well hopefully not literally.”

“Yeah I know right! But do you know what’s even more impressive about The Healthy Hub is that you can also go there to eat! They have 2 areas to sit down to order, one called @alchemyfoodlab which is both 💯 Vegan & Gluten Free, and the other is The Hub Court which is fully Plantbased and offers Gluten Free options, and they not only do light lunch type meals, but also the most ridiculously yummy treats like my favourite Carrot Cake🥕🍰🤤”

It’s been just over 6 months since this big guy came into my life 💙The first time I met him I can truthfully say I felt so intimidated.
