What is the CIC? And who are we??

Well... we are a group of IGP Dogsport enthusiasts, who have come together to create a Mega Club Trial!
We now have 4 clubs who are all affiliated with WGSDCA and who are working together to make this the ultimate club trial for all IGP competitors who are members of WGSDCA, and to make it more exciting, we have invited Uwe Stolpe an SV Judge from Germany to Officiate!

Our aim is to promote the sport of IGP and to also get as much sponsorship as possible to make the event special for all the competitors!

We have also created the Homo Sapiens Games, which is created for IGP Club team members who might not be able to compete with their dogs or they just want to have some fun, so this way everyone can get in on the action and have the chance to win the Homo Sapiens Teams trophy!

We would like to announce that Junee Dogsport Club is now on board with helping create this Epic event!
CIC is brought to you by: Eastside Shepherd Dogsport Group, Norwest Dogsport Club, Junee Dogsport Club and Karma K9 Dogsport Club who is the host of the event in Canberra!

To trial in this club trial, you must be a member of WGSDCA and be a member of a WGSDCA club!

Introducing our SV German Judge Uwe Stolpe who will judge the first CIC Annual event!

Uwe lives in Germany is Married, with 2 Kids and his profession is a K9 Officer and trainer.
Uwe, has been involved with Schutzhund sport since 1979, along with Helper work since 1979.
He has been a K9 handler / trainer from 1982 till now 2023 (41 years’ experience and 6 own k9 dogs) and is also a Gun Dog handler.
Uwe has been a SV-member since 1980, and had more than 20 of his own dogs trained and titled, with over 100 Schutzhund Titles. He has achieved 15x LGA (Regional Championship) 6x BSP (German National Championship) 1x German Championship/ DHV Breeder of working GSD since 1984.
Uwe has been a SV – Trainer license & SV-Judge for working since 2000, and has been Regional SV—Training Director and Head Judge for 66 Clubs over 8 years, and also a Member of the SV National Training Board, working as Trainer / Helper / Judge for more than 40 dogs & handler trained to LGA x 20 dogs & handler trained for BSP, WM 12 x Team captain BSP LG 02, and 1 x Team captain WUSV WM Team Australia.
Uwe has had Judging and training seminars in 100 countries worldwide, Nationals judging in 12 different countries.
The capital IGP Cup team are honored to have such a decorated SV Judge officiating at our first ever CIC event!
We would like to thank Uwe for travelling all the way from Germany, and we thank him for his time and commitment to the sport as Uwe has played a big role in getting Australia on the map for our IGP Dogsport.
