At Wolfys we will always aim for care and quality over quantity and speed.
Trying to rush only causes more stress for everyone.
When we have dogs in the salon with additional needs, such as a health issue, advancing age, severe anxiety or other serious concern we require additional time and often multiple staff to attend to them.
When we know these dogs are coming in we accommodate our schedule accordingly, however we often have new clients or existing clients with arising illnesses or conditions and this means we need to adjust as we go and make changes for the day.
We thank you for understanding that our furry friend’s well being is always our priority and that we will continue to support their needs as they age with a loving approach.

The following is a baseline for our timeframes. All times quoted are a guide and you will always receive a call/text from us when your dog is ready to go home.

We know a lot of our clients were upset to hear we weren’t doing cats anymore but after careful consideration we decided we love them too much! We are now offering washes, desheds and nail trims for our kitty kat clients.
