The first thing that comes to mind when looking at this c**t’s breeding is the similarity to that of the recent brilliant NSW Derby winner Better Be The Best – by an Artsplace-line stallion from a Bettors Delight mare. In fact there are no weak links through the broodmare sires of this lad – Bettors Delight, Sokys Atom, Lumber Dream - it doesn’t get much better than this. Vincent won 16 of his 19 career starts so he was an exceptional pacer with unlimited ability. Pastor Stephen is the full brother to Father Patrick and both of them were voted as the USTA Two Year Old Trotting C**ts of the Year. Their sire, Cantab Hall, is a Valley Victory line stallion and was also voted the USTA Two Year Old Trotting C**t of the Year. The dam of this c**t, La Tonneralla, has now seen all of her five progeny make it to the racetrack with the best being Jilliby Babavska (TR1:57.6), who was runner-up in a Breeders Crown Final. La Tonnerella is a half-sister to seven winners including the appropriately named King Charlie – a winner of 15 races in NZ including the Great Northern Trotting Derby. La Tonnerella is the name of a four-star resort overlooking the ocean in Sorrento, Italy. Maybe buying this c**t will allow you to invest in a holiday on the Italian coast down the track.
