There’s always so much to do in the mornings at the Paddocks! We have to sniff any new smells, swim in any new puddle of water, check out new friends, and run like there’s no tomorrow! Oh and of course smell any new plant that might have popped up overnight!

📣 FREE ENGRAVED DOG TAGS FOR NSW RESIDENTS 📣

We want to help more lost dogs return home WITHOUT coming to council shelters.

So, we are giving away 1000 FREE engraved dog tags to dog owners who live in NSW. All you need is a microchipped dog with up-to-date microchip details. Limit of 3 tags per household.

🔹 Not sure if your dog is microchipped? Bring your dog to your local council animal shelter, and the staff can scan the dog for a microchip and check if the details are up-to-date. If not, the staff can assist you in updating it, at no cost. If the dog isn't microchipped, some councils offer free or discounted microchipping, but if not, it can be done at vet clinics for a fee.

🛑JUST A REMINDER THAT NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 12 HOURS WILL ATTRACT A FEE ALSO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AS I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE GROOM IN TIME.
Due to busy schedules and wages still being paid
this policy is necessary.
* Tips to keep your appointment on time
- Schedule it in your diary at the time of booking like I do.
- Set reminders on your phone
- Request a txt message with date and time the day the booking is made.
- I always send a reminder txt the day before the appointment so check messages and confirm or decline appointment.

Today is a day to celebrate all that our 4 legged besties are! They’re our companions, our sanity, our confidantes and they bring so much love and happiness to families. I’m blessed to have such beautiful dogs in my life 🐾💕

Hi All,
Just wanted to touch base about cancellations.

THERE WILL BE A 50% CANCELLATION FEE APPLIED IF CANCELLED ON THE DAY OR ON THE NIGHT BEFORE. ( conditions apply if due to sickness or emergency)

I know this winter has been cold and money has been tight for a lot of us. Ive been getting a lot more last minute cancellations than ever. Whilst I understand the reasons for the last minute cancellations, I’m just asking if we could all be a little bit mindful of the impact of last minute cancellations. This does not give me time to fill your space so I’ll be paying wages for the time I have no client ( which is a huge loss for my tiny business)… there are people that are on a waiting list to have their dogs groomed and this does not give much time to book them in.
I ask that you please be aware of your appointments and give me as much notice as possible.

I don’t like applying fee’s but times like this I have no choice as it’s significantly affecting my business.
