Yarra Valley Trails/Ponyland would like to welcome you back, after what has seemed like a very long time in lockdown! We are all very excited to be back in the saddle, especially with some beautiful warmer spring weather ahead. However, with the reopening comes a new set of regulations and directions that need to be followed for everyone's safety.
We will be offering our one-hour trail ride@ $115.00 per person. Our beautiful team of horses are ready to go! We are on over 300 acres of natural bushland and pasture. We supply the helmets and boots (that are sanitised after use) and we have a weight restriction of 95kgs and 10yo is the youngest we can take for any horse-riding activity. Rides are available most days during the week and on Saturday and Sunday. Bookings are essential and payment in full is required before the day and forms are also required to be completed and returned before riding.

NEW VACCINATION CHECKING PROCESS
In line with current Government directions, persons aged 12 years or older will be required to provide proof of their vaccination status or exemption to be able to participate.
To ensure we meet the requirements of the directions, this must be provided when booking before you ride. Currently we are not permitted to record your vaccination status and as such, you will be asked to provide proof each time you ride.
To speed up the entry process, we encourage you to link your vaccination record to the Services Victoria app. Instructions on how to do this are available at: https://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/get-your-covid-19-digital-certificate
UNVACCINATED PERSONS
In line with Government advice, unvaccinated persons or those who cannot provide proof of their vaccination status will not be permitted entry, and penalties may apply to those who do not comply or who carry a fake form of vaccination proof.
COVID SAFE PROTOCOLS
Covid19 restrictions are in place, QR check in or sign in book is provided and hand sanitiser must be used on arrival. Helmets are sanitised after use and boots are available and are also sprayed after being worn.
QR Contact Tracing
All patrons must sign-in using the Services Victoria app.
Face Masks
Must be worn by all patrons aged 12 years or older, unless medically exempt and only removed when mounted.
As always, we will continue to be guided by relevant Government advice, announcements and restrictions, and will continue to provide updates via our social media pages and website as information is released.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
WEATHER: All our trail rides proceed ‘INDEPENDENT OF WEATHER’.
YVT/Ponyland Management can make the decision to cancel any ride due to extreme weather
conditions.
If Management does cancel a ride, Full Refund or a Credit of alternative times/days will be provided.
If a customer cancels their booking at short notice (less than 48hours), then a refund or a reschedule will not be provided if the vacancy is not filled.
If a customer is late and does not advise (call ahead) then a refund or a reschedule will not be provided.
