🌺 Lest we forget.

Animals have played a critical role during wartimes for centuries. They’ve provided comfort & inspiration, been guards & mascots, carried messages & hunted enemies. More than 16 million animals served during the First World War.

Today as a day of remembrance honouring those who served & gave their lives during times of conflict, peacekeeping operations & war. It is also an opportunity to remember the loyalty & sacrifice of the service animals who stood alongside their battalions during these times.

⚠️ No Apple Air Tags!

It had come to our attention that Apple Air Tags are being used as a tracking device on dog collars. Please be advised we do not permit these in our facility under any circumstances.

These devices are not designed for use on pets. These tags contain a potentially lethal lithium button battery. Despite cases & holders for collars, dogs play with their mouths. They pose a risk of falling off, being chewed or even swallowed. These batteries can require surgery for removal however if left undetected can leak & cause irreversible damage or in severe cases death.
