Lame Cows are here! So much for the talk of a dry winter.
Here’s Dr Xavier McKinnon operating one of our two mobile Tipper Crushes. Using the Tipper allows our vets to examine all four feet at once and is safe for both vet and cow.

Little Lady's Troublesome Bladder.
Lady came to us a couple of months ago with signs urinary tract issues. She was going to the toilet more frequently and her urine was stained will blood. After some investigations we found that she had two stones in her bladder and was taken to surgery, We are happy to report that Lady is much happier and back to her normal spritely self.
Make sure to turn up the volume to hear Nurse Mandy's excitement when we retrieved the stones!
Last Week it was all hands on deck in the backyard, with Dr Jordy and Dr Daniel operating on a calf hernia, and new vet Dr Anthony removing a dead piece of bone from a calf's leg. Thankfully the sun was shining, Happy days!
