We are a certified fear free home salon in COLDSTREAM-
If your dog is telling us they are not coping we will try several different things or completely stop the service. We operate as a one dog at a time salon (more if in the same family) as it is a calmer and safer environment for each dog. This does mean we require prompt pick up and drop offs to avoid overlapping of clients. TERMS & CONDITIONS

We send a 48 hour reminder message prior to your appointment that requires a confirmation from you. If you cancel/reschedule less then 24 hours before your scheduled appointment a full fee will be required and to be paid immediately. We are a small family run business and can’t afford the income loss. If you simply do not reply or “no show” your appointment this will also incur a full fee and if we choose to reschedule you we will require a deposit a week before your next scheduled appointment. If fleas are found on your dog at the start of their appointment you will be notified of them requiring a flea bath and an extra $10 will be charged for extra product and time. Matting fees will also apply if matting over body is extensive.

PRICING PSA:

We have decided NOT to do a mid year price increase however please be aware there will be a pricing restructure starting 2025.
I will advise of the changes when bookings for 2025 open in October.

Saturday appointments for 2025 will be EXTREMELY limited so if you require Saturday appointments I recommend getting in as soon as bookings are open.

Mushrooms are popping up on our front lawn we ask you PLEASE not let your dog ingest these. To be completely safe please toilet your dog at home before you come so they don’t need to go onto our front lawn while these mushrooms are up and about.
