My story

I started learning bodywork in 2009, initially just to help my own horses however I quickly found that I have the ability to tune in and feel what is happening in a body more than many people have allowed themselves to feel which I have found extremely useful when competing my horses in endurance riding as I can overt problems before they occur. I also learned that as riders, our own dysfunctional posture was often contributing to difficulties that our horses had in carrying us so I saw that it was important to address the rider’s issues as well so I continued learning different modalities that enabled me to work on people.

My own very long standing chronic pain issues has led me to explore many different modalities over the years and I am excited to have found one that really targets chronic pain on a very natural and holistic level. Amino Neuro Frequency (ANF) discs have the ability to talk to the cells and neurons in our body, encouraging them to correct where necessary. There are so many stresses on our bodies in this modern age, both physically, emotionally and mentally and ANF helps our bodies to detox on all levels, thereby reducing inflammation in our digestive, lymphatic and nervous systems amongst others. This helps decrease chronic pain, brain fog, performance injuries and the myriad of diseases that can challenge us as we get older and encourages healing.
