Sorry I haven't posted in awhile busy working and playing wuth babies🤦‍♀️
But alot has been happening, loads of babies, a few old girls flown to the heaven's. They can't live forever unfortunately.
So the babies we have are Beautiful Coranation Sussex, I think they are my new favourite haha I hatched out a dozen Coranation Sussex and a dozen Light Sussex from another breeder to get a new line but unfortunately the Light Sussex they are not up to my show standards so they will be up for sale once they have grown. One of the geese had 8 babies I hatched out 3 they hatched 5 We have 1 goose still on the nest ready to hatch any day. I also tried my hand at incubating King Quail bought 3 dozen but that was a huge flop with only 12 hatching and 4 surviving 😔 l I also have a wild black duckling in the baby pen too growing nicely. Well I think that is about it for now enjoy the photos will post more tomorrow.

Ok so the next batch of chickie babies are all cooked and in the brooder in this lot I have a little mix 7 x Coranation Sussex and 6 Light Sussex

First lot of test light Sussex eggs have gone into the incubator 3 days ago, 17 day to go. Hoping for a good fertility rate if so will fill the incubator’s and be able to fill some orders😊🐓🐣🐣🐣🐣

New nesting boxes are made 1st coat of seal on them and let the dry and then 1 more coat. All my cluckies will be thrilled with their new house build
