For anyone that rides in a fender/halfbreed saddle, this is a brilliant article regarding fitting them and what to look for.

I quiet often work with saddle fitters and vets for hard to fit horses and yes, I can still make pads with shims, risers and all other fancy band aid fixes, but that’s exactly what it is… a temporary masking of the issue.

I’d honestly rather you spend your hard earned $$ on a saddle that fits long term than have a shed full of pads and a sore, chestnut mare vibes horse.
