RECEPTIONIST POSITION AVAILABLE:
The Cootamundra Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team. The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills, good time management, be proficient at routine office procedures and comfortable with computers. Experience in reception duties is preferred along with an interest in the well being of animals and exceptional customer service skills. UPDATE:
Thank you all for your patience and help. Our computers are back up and running. We are still catching up on paperwork for the last few days. For all questions and services please call 0269422033.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
To all clients of the Cootamundra Veterinary Clinic. We are having major computer issues at the moment and our entire network is currently shut down. Unfortunately we do not have any access to our records. We ask for your patience while we get this all sorted out. In the short term you could really help us out with the following:
1 - If you are scheduled for an appointment in the next 2 days could you please text the details to us on 0407556533 so that we can ensure your animal is seen as planned. Please include your name, animal name and species, along with contact number and reason for the visit.
2 - If you require a repeat on medication or food please bring a current label or container with you or at least a photo of the product.
3 - If you need an appointment, please call 0269422033 during business hours. We will still be able to see you and treat your animal but there may be a wait time or we may need you to drop the animal off so that we can get to them in a timely manner.
4 - As always if there is an after hours emergency call 0269422033 and you will be given the mobile number of the vet on call.
