Nice to see the girls are consistent! Another day 58 litter 😂
Another frozen breeding this time sired by Staben Sir Hugo out of Kookami Springs Tess. Tess is by Brutonvale Roley out of Nygard Kylie who happens to be the first border collie I bred, prior to moving to this farm (Kookami Springs). Some pretty special lines on both sides. An exciting 2025 ahead.
Thanks to Northern Rivers Vet Service for once again taking such great care of our dogs from collecting and freezing, AI through to the cesarean giving these little slugs the best start to life.

***LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT***
The following dogs are needing new homes. They are all keen to work but for one reason or another they don’t suit us, good opportunity to pick up some very reasonably priced workers. Cost is just to cover their vaccinations and flea/tick/worm/heartworm etc which is all up to date. Happy to discuss reasons for not suiting us, doesn’t mean they won’t suit you which is why they are priced lower, would prefer to find them a home that suits.

*sold pending* DOTTY- 15mo black and white female border collie, keen, started on weaners, balances up well, nice dog, showing she might develop more bite on the nose, likes to get to the head, very natural.
*sold pending* PEANUT- almost 2yo cream and white female border collie, nice style about her, excellent cover, not a lot of bite but I think she would develop more if she had access to more weaner and dry cattle work. Would make an excellent goat or paddock dog.
*sold* SCOUT- 6mo cream and white border collie male, started, keen, suit cattle, sheep or goat work. Natural style about him, and should have a good amount of bite once mature, needs to just go out and work and learn on the job, he’s very friendly, kind natured dog

*sold pending* GOLDEN- yellow/red koolie x collie female, she’s very keen but has developed an underbite as she’s grown, it may correct itself but no guarantees, won’t effect how she works or lives.

Candy decided she didn’t want a C section this year…..delivering her pups 4 days early was a surprise, everyone arrived safely and Candy is doing well in the maternity headquarters. These pups are frozen semen pups using the Irish sire Clyde of Eamon O’connel’s ☘️ 6 males and 2 females.

KOOKAMI SPRINGS SALLY
This is Sally’s first ever training session…she has been shown stock about 3-4 times prior to this, in a small yard with no handler interference. This young girl will take all the training you want to put on her, there’s a few ugly moments throughout but that is to be expected in her first few sessions. She takes no offence and her desire doesn’t change, it’s well over 30 degrees Celsius and humid so she does start to get a bit hot but I am positive she would keep going if allowed. Sally is available, I’d keep this one but we can’t keep 4 pups to run on so hard decisions are being made and we hope someone else will get lots of enjoyment from her.

4 months old, black and tan male. Cool pup who is keen, comes from a long line of hard paddock/bush dogs, double cross to Roley and Heidi, unfortunately his parents forgot the white paint when they made him so he looks a bit like a hairy kelpie. Already keen to use his teeth but should have good width and cover also.

4 months old.

Both have seen sheep and goats, are keen to work, will make tough work dogs with plenty of grunt. Tri colour dog pup is very keen to use his teeth and hang up, he will settle down with age. The black and tan is a bit steadier, but still plenty keen. Both have good natures, hard to offend and a huge desire to work. Genuine buyers only please.

2yo FEMALE WORKER

Spice is easy to get along with and obedient, keen, plenty of work ethic, she bites both ends but does have a bit of bark especially when fresh. She doesn’t have verbal sides, but will go to the lead both ways and has a good call off. Works off bike or horse. Works weaners, cows, sheep and goats. She’s a quick moving female and gets to the head, good cover with a bit of eye but fairly free moving. Videos on YouTube. Located. Casino NSW. Phone 0417122766
