Ally how do you keep the hair out of your eyes and off your face while de-shedding a husky?

well I’m glad you asked….a face mask and fly net are great accessories for this job and ear muffs as Husky’s are usually quite vocal, doesn’t help with the clean up though. 😬

Happy Happy Friday everyone. An update on grooming spaces for the rest of the year.

These are what is left available until Xmas time, after this spaces are available again from Wed 8th Jan 2025 (except for these dates in Feb when I’m on holiday (Fri 28th Feb- Sun 9th March)

Thurs 14th Nov 8.30 (1 dog)

(December is full)

And that’s it folks, Dec is completely full, so please if they need groomed in one on of the days available, let’s book them in asap
1 dog means I can’t fit one dog in the space, 2 dogs means I have room o2 dogs, so for those 2 dogs families they are your spots 🙂

I missed you quietly today. So quietly that no one noticed.
I missed you as I climbed out of bed and as I brushed my teeth; when I waited at the lights on the drive into work and as I heard the rain outside my window.
I missed you as I ordered lunch and as I kicked off my shoes when I got home; as I switched off the lights and climbed into bed for the night.
I missed you without tears or noise or fanfare.
But oh how I felt it.
I felt it in the morning, at lunchtime, in the evening and at night. I felt it as I woke, as I waited, as I worked. I felt it at home, on the road, in the light, in the dark, in the rain.
I felt it in every one of those moments, each one sitting heavier and heavier as the weight of me missing you kept growing and growing.
Yes, I missed you so quietly today.
But I felt it so loudly.

Gorgeous Diva, she comes in every 4 weeks for a wash/blow dry and de-shed, she has a tummy shave and tidy around her butt and she loves the attention 😊😊

Our little menace (his name is actually Neo) has been really good today and we can see the niping calming down a bit. Our big boy Wilson quite likes his new little friend and they play together a lot. Neo did get slapped in the face by the cat today though and I don’t think they are going to be besties, he would like to but she said no.
