I have been boarding these delightful little pets for eleven years and there have been minimal holidays for me during that time. That has been my choice - I love caring for Guinea pigs and intend to keep doing so! And if you don’t have kids you’d have to be mad to go away during school holidays, right? However! I have made it to ten years at (other) work this year and with long service leave coming my way, we have a few trips planned so big heads up! I’m not available for June school holidays and also a few other dates here and there.. so some of my regulars may get a shock when they contact me to book and I can’t help.. BUT! I know an amazing animal loving lady Hayley who is completing her vet nurse training and takes boarders too.. the funds go back into her rescue piggies and she lives Brisbane Southside. So as the year rushes by, maybe you could start thinking about your boarding requirements and between Hayley and myself I’m sure we can get all your piggies safely tucked away for the holidays.
