A huge congratulations goes out to Aiden Keys from our Engineering Department (Horsham) this week. After competing in World Skills 2024 (Fabrication), it has been announced that he is the Regional Winner for 2024, with a very impressive score of 94/100. 🎉💪🤩

Aiden will now go on to compete at the next level - the 2025 National Skills Competition, to be held in Brisbane.

At the regional level Aiden competed against 34 regions in a 1-day competition, where medalists are selected to compete at National Championships.

At the national level, Aiden will compete over 3 days against people from all states and territories.

Well done Aiden, we can't wait to follow along and see your results next year.

Congratulations to Patterson Eeles on starting his full-time apprenticeship in Echuca last week!

Paddy began his school-based apprenticeship in March 2023 working two days a week and through his school holidays and has now officially started as a full-time apprentice.

Gordy is based in our Shepparton dealership working in a Parts Support role, but does plenty of travelling across the group to help out other Parts departments where he can.

We recently had the honour of hosting Titan Machinery’s BJ Knutson (President & CEO) and Bo Larsen (CFO) who came to celebrate the First Anniversary of Titan Machinery in Australia.

It was a fantastic opportunity to share our vision for the business, showcase our dealerships and discuss how we can continue to provide better outcomes through more efficient and innovative farming equipment.

Titan and O’Connors are both known for their quality customer service, inventory and knowledge, and the merging of our two companies means we will be even more aligned in supporting our customers’ profitability through harvest and beyond.

BJ & Bo also made the most of their time in Australia by visiting many of our dealerships, catching up with our fabulous employees and customers along the way!
