Since Mama Said was established in 2012, the journey has always been about creating meaningful products that make a positive impact on people's skin and lives. We take pride in being a vegan and cruelty-free brand, passionately dedicated to the principles of kindness, sustainability and crafting self-care solutions that reflect our values and vision : To Harm None.

Meeting Ted 2 years ago provided me with a unique opportunity to fuse my profound love for animals with my background of over 3 decades in skin therapy & nail technology, and more recently, herbal remedies. This fusion has allowed me to create effective, natural products that cater to the well-being of animals.
We've enjoyed creating them and most importantly, seeing the results of the animals being treated.

I remember reading a small book 20 odd years ago called ‘The Meaning of Life’ I also remember reading that I hadn’t found the book of answers in the first few pages 🙄😂 I was newly separated, raising two little boys on my own and was desperate for answers or something to help me out of the scary slump I was in. I kept reading and near the end, I read similar words. It said to think back to your childhood and remember the things you did for fun and play. That should be in line with what you choose for work. I remembered how badly I wanted long fingernails, I was a nail biter. I remembered how I used to play with makeup and do the faces of anyone who’d let me including the boys 😊 I remembered the potions I made with my little friend Wayne next door with flowers, stick and water 🌸 And, I remember all the animals I loved and those my siblings and I had conned our parents into keeping at home ❤️ Nail tech, beauty chick, makeup artist and alchemist ✅ So now I find myself here, doing little things to help them the way I can. Thank you for showing the love towards my new line of animal care ❤️ it means the world to me and it’s proceeds go towards making life a lot more comfortable for the animals who need it 🙏🏽✨ you’re all so amazing. Thanks again ❤️
