Are you leaving your horse alone to do his job or are you MAKING him/her do his job? 🐴
You may not know the difference, but to your horse, there is a HUGE difference. 🦄
In this video all these horses know that their job is to stand still and not move their feet. 😁 They have been taught to take responsibility for their feet and be emotionally flexible. 🤩
One mare got a bit worried while tied up and was looking to move her feet, so we untied her and dropped the rope on the ground, then she was fine. 👌 Not perfect, but this mare is further behind in her training than the others, so her boundaries are not the same yet. 😁
Training your horse is about asking them to do a job, allowing them the space to make a choice with their actions and being ready with your clear boundaries and tools on how to refocus your horses' undesirable choices. 😎
