Life, growth, degrowth, and abundance philosophy are interconnected concepts that explore different perspectives on human flourishing and well-being within the context of societal and environmental sustainability.

Life:This encompasses the fundamental essence of existence, exploring questions about the nature of life, its purpose, and the experiences it entails for individuals and societies.

Growth: Traditionally associated with economic expansion and material progress, growth can also refer to personal development, intellectual advancement, and societal improvement. However, in recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the limits to growth, particularly in terms of ecological sustainability and social equity.
