s is a great spot for the family holiday or for couples and small groups. And you can bring your pets, though noting that the backyard is not fully fenced. The beach is also dog friendly. You can walk or drive to the village shops and cafes. Birds are abundant and we regularly see kookaburras, rosellas, wading birds in the yard. Enjoy the rear screened balcony and entertaining area which has a dining table and barbecue and looks out over the water. A perfect spot for those hot summer nights. Wake up to river views from the main bedroom. The kids will enjoy entertaining themselves in the old bus parked in the backyard and set up as a chill out zone for them. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher (tablets provided), electric oven and microwave. The pantry includes basic starter supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, herbs and spices, paper towels, wrap, tinfoil. There is a Woolworths supermarket in Culburra so you don't have to bring food from home. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin. Rainy day? No problem - we have a DVD player and a PS3 for movies and games. There are about 50 movies to choose from (and some games) or you are welcome to bring your own. There are also board games and books if you want to completely indulge in life before electronics! Bring your own canoes and launch them from the nearby boat ramps at Orient Point or Crookhaven Heads, or carry them down through the mangroves at the bottom of the yard like we do (too muddy for some). Pets need to be supervised, we provide food and water bowls and you provide their bedding. Please keep pets off the furniture. All bed linen is provided for your stay, also towels, flannels, bathmat and tea towels. You need to bring your own beach towels. Culburra Beach is a picturesque 2.5 hour drive from both the Sydney CBD and Canberra.
