Eddy is a very typical Ants baby, friendly, sweet and a fast learner. They are so easy to train. With genuine small bloodlines behind him and being homozygous for the small gene I expect Eddy to consistently breed smaller cobs if bred to mares of smaller stature. Eddy is easily one of the nicest moving purebreds I’ve seen with a huge trot and well balanced canter with a huge ‘Look at me presence’. With his correct conformation, big movement, silky feather, mane & tail and sweet temperament I expect he’d do well in the show ring.

I took advantage of yesterday’s rain and saved myself a wash day 😂 Thought I’d grab some clean photo’s of the lovely young 3 year old stallion TriColby Harlequin of Galway, owned and loved by Wehalla Park. He is such a quiet sweet boy. Standing only 11.2hh by The Galway Boy and out of Gwyn Du Valley Mariah we are hoping he’ll leave a couple tiny packages behind for us when he goes home. ❤️

TriColby Skedaddle and Surrey Springs Squeak today. Eddy is now 2 months old. Now that we have confirmed he’s black he’s decided to start throwing that red coat. Bwhahaha, he looks so funny. Squeak is suffering dreadfully from having a foal on her, I think she may have lost a whole 2 kilo’s when she had him 😂😂😂😂 He’s such a beautiful little man and so very sweet. I think he’ll make around 12hh mature. He would be one of the nicest moving purebreds I’ve seen too, vet was here scanning a mare today and said he‘d be perfect in harness.

TriColby Skedaddle, 1 month old and just Wow! He is an absolutely beautiful little man, he can really move and . . . . . Get this, we think he’s chestnut lol. Yeah well, I’m still not completely convinced. Hahaha. I have always thought for some reason Squeak was homozygous black, only just found out due to a certain someone looking awfully red in the sunlight that she actually isn’t tested and sire carries red. He is a really weird chestnut though, he looks redder in the pics than in the flesh. If you didn’t know any better you’d say he’s a silver dapple, that is the colour he actually looks. Hairs have posted off to confirm his chestnuttiness 😂😂 He’d have to be a liver I think.

Eddy will be offered as an entire, estimated to reach 11.2hh approximately, will have a better idea in a couple more months. Please let us know if you want to know more.

Mr Ants had a fun day out on Sunday competing on an obstacle course. He placed third after breaking gait at the bridge haha. I thought he did well to only break gait once 😂😂😂😂

Babies babies babies 💕❤️💕

This gorgeous little calf is our new bulls first calf and this first time mum is the first calf we bred by our very first bull. 😁😁😁. And it’s a little heifer 💕 another keeper.

Ants is having the best holiday ever in Victoria. He’s been there for two weeks and has enjoyed a you beaut obstacle course and today had his first show in Australia with his good buddy Ace. A massive huge thanks to Crystal for getting him out and about and wowing everyone he meets. ❤️💕my boy!

For his first show he struggled a little with standing still and the judge said he’d have gotten Champion Led if he’d been able to stand but for his first show that wasn’t at horse fair where they are allowed run around and show off, he did Super Well!! He also went home before Supreme as he’d had enough and I’d rather him happy than getting too overwhelmed.

I was also super impressed how well he took on the obstacle course last weekend having never seen them before. What a star. Enjoy the videos!
