We finally have put up a gazebo for a bit of shade today and wheeled the pallet of Katek Super Boost ($25 a bag) fertiliser in. Took a few 60 point turns with the tractor, but we got there at last! 😁

No matter what the season, there always seems to be something fruiting at The Wonky Wheelbarrow. Given that we live in a disaster area that seems to run out of everything the moment someone mentions the chance of a C...💨, come and get your own food source! Grow, store and eat all sorts of different fruits from all the ones you are familiar with, to all the ones you haven't yet tried!!

Muddy, soggy, boggy and wet, best describes our situation! But we do plan to open from 8 to 12 tomorrow, just be aware it is a little wet and muddy and still needing a bit of a tidy up! 🙄

Finally unloaded all the plants. Price list will be updated later today and we are starting to roll our price/name tags on all our pots just to make it a bit easier to identify. Hope everyone is keeping cool as it has been a very hot day so far!! 🥵 Time to take shelter inside...🥶

Who would have thought we would be into Australia Day weekend already!! In fact time is moving so fast, we still haven't had a chance to unpack this week's delivery. But we have loads of great trees available from tomorrow.

Phew, how is everyone enjoying this heat and humidity!!
It's been a real struggle this week and really outlined the benefit of having trees to add shade to your property, whether they are fruiting or not. The shade, while hot, is much nicer!
..and despite the heat, we will be open again tomorrow from 8am and have a variety of new plants which have arrived this week.

We'll look forward to seeing you :)

It is rather warm at the moment, but as long as plants are given a little TLC, they will still flourish, like these Bougainvillea's at the entrance of our shop!

We are open again tomorrow at 8am, so drop in and have a look at our large selection of fruit trees and fruiting bushes. We also have a small range of shade trees, bushes and hedges to help add some finesse to your garden. We're always hoping to add a little something extra that will grow and fruit in our climate.
