Tasmania’s Agrarian Kitchen has won the prestigious Restaurant of the Year award at the Gourmet Traveller Annual Restaurant Awards.

It’s the first time ever a Tasmanian establishment has taken home the top prize.

The Agrarian Kitchen in New Norfolk sources most of its ingredients from its own extensive gardens, orchard and farm, with the rest coming from local suppliers within a 100-km radius.
