I groom approximately 60 dogs a week plus a few walk in short hair baths, (let’s say +10 a week) these clients all re- book around 4 to 6 weekly or 6-8 weekly.
I have help from the beautiful Olivia on Wednesday and Saturday but essentially I am grooming at capacity 🤩
This year has been a roller coaster of a year and I plan on making my life as simple as possible by sticking with what I know (who I know).
I will re assess next year 🙏
