Introducing Clementine, the wrestling and kitty-chewing champion

Clementine was all on her lonesome, and Monet found himself in the same boat after his two siblings were adopted.
Not all heroes wear capes…
A street cat decided to nest four metres above street level on some rafters. She clearly thought her babies would be safest up there. But then one fell to it’s death. After hearing about this tragedy, four locals took matters into their own hands.
I want to highlight the bravery, team work, initiative and compassion demonstrated last night. They came prepared, they were determined, and several hours later at around 11pm there were three kittens safely removed from a dangerous place and reunited with their mum.
I want to stress they did this all themselves, before we had offered any help at all. They live the motto “be the change you want to see in the world”.
So you bet we will be vet working this precious family once they are ready and looking for amazing homes for them all. Mumma cat already has a home lined up with one of her rescuers once she has weaned her kittens.
To all four of you - bravo! You are legends and you saved 4 little lives last night ❤️
This baby narrowly escaped being shredded by a ride on mower. He was spotted in the grass and scooped up to safety. The kind property owners in Wildwood promptly went about calling rescues for help. They aptly named him Lucky.
He is about 3 weeks old and will need bottle feeding for the next week at least before he starts eating solids.
Sadly this means there is likely a family of kitties out there somewhere on the property yet to be rescued but eyes are on the lookout and hopefully they too will be rescued sooner or later.
