Dixie Downs offers high quality horse agistment for spelling horses and broodmares. The owners/managers live on site and provide supervision and security.

The facility has been designed specifically for horses with safe fencing and individual paddocks (2-5 acres). Over two kilometres of native tree belts have been sown to provide shelter and shade. The pastures are improved perennial pastures of ryegrass and clover in a high rainfall area. Cate is a registered and practising vet so you can be confident that your horses are receiving quality supervis

ion. Leons qualifications in Agriculture and Agronomy ensures pastures and soils are kept productive and healthy. The services available include twice daily feeding, rugging, regular worming and vaccination and specialised care for convalescent horses. Rates:
Spelling- $15 per day
Yearlings- $20 per day
Wet Mares- $20 per day
Stallions- By arrangment
