A tiny bee, newly born, With wispy hair and eyes not yet formed, But already burdened with a task so grand, To pollinate and gather, with tiny hands. To pollinate the flowers she must go, To gather nectar, a sweet flow, To work hard, without a rest, For the colony, she must do her best. And as she grows, her wings will unfurl, And she'll fly out into the world, A tiny bee, but with a might, To keep the colony alive and bright. With every flower she visits, She'll know the weight of her existence, For she is a worker, a vital part, In the cycle of life, she plays her part. So let us honor the newborn bee, And all the work that's yet to be, For without them, the world would be, A place without flowers, a place less free.
