Great Chris Fowles dressage clinic at Karis Equesrian this weekend!
Lots of progress and great pics.
Braved the rain, fog: all cosied up under cover!
Beautiful meal at Dorrigo pup on Saturday night.
A really nice group that got on very well: everyone focused on improving slowly their horses balance and training.

Cheryl Balcomb is riding her young horse Luddy who has not been out much.
Eduardo patiently stays with them, following and morriring, giving confidence and introducing some obstacles.
Obstacles are a great way to keep horses - and riders! - mind more focused.

We worked in the slalom, bell corridor and 3 barrels. Everyone first approached at the walk, then trot and canter with straight transitions in specific locations, great tips to take home

What a great first day at Eduardo Almeida’s clinic here at Karis Equestrian.
Eduardo is teaching each horse and rider at their level in a very clear , calm and patient way. From very green horse to advanced. A great group very supportive of each other… and lots of fun too sharing stories!
We start the 3-day clinic with dressage work before doing obstacle training in day 2 and 3.
Lots of walk work to start with in combinations of shoulder in-shoulder out, quarters in and out in various directions (straight line, side pass and leg yield, circles) and within transitions.
