It’s Silky Saturday!!!!! Here are our two home bred babies Dottie and Snoopy…. A silky wire is a cross between a long coat and a wire coat dachshund they are pure bred just a newer variation/ development of the coat types! You have to see and feel one to really understand how amazing they are! Their nature is absolutely outstanding too, they are just absolute teddy bears so happy, fun and up for a snug all the time 💕
We might have to grow our silky pack what do you think?!?! 🤭🤔

This is something we and many people with wire and silky wire dachshunds get! Many people think that another breed is crossed in to achieve the change in coat…. Wire and Silky wire dachshunds are 100% pure breed dachshunds in fact many of us have registered pedigree now with MDBA. They are simply a development of the coat types to achieve a stunning silky thick long scruffy Dachshund and their natures are the best I’ve ever seen in the breed!!!!

We have a little surprise to share…. Our cheeky little Tigah gave us a huge first litter of 6!
She was not able to establish proper stage 2 labour and so in she went at 2am to Vinyard vet who made sure our perfect bundles arrived safely and took such lovely care of mumma! She’s doing such an amazing job and I’m so proud of her…. Sleep will go down well tonight as it’s been a bit of a heavy week here I’ve not been 100%
But seeing a couple of creamy brindle little wires omg what a blessing 💕💗💕💗💕
