Dismount turns his form around with a gutsy win at Benalla.. Rewarded all the favours with a saloon passage up the inside he did enough to hold off some in form horses so a very pleasing result for all the staff, trainer (name on the gate) and great mates as owners

After a month at Mangalore and horses running well without winning we finally broke the duck today with Lady Maestro winning convincingly at Kilmore.. Fittingly she wore the Mangalore Park Colours and owned by an all women syndicate..
A massive thank you to the staff both at Echuca and Mangalore for all the hard work you put in, it is fun going to work with all girls and getting told what to do as if I was at home..

Big Weena ‘Sandwina’ wins first up for a wonderful bunch of owners!! An absolute nightmare since she first walked in the stables but through patience and perseverance she has now earnt the right to bash all the staff up over the next month!! Rhys Archard Racing in conjunction with Manglaore Park recently purchased this 2yo Gelding by Royal Meeting out of imported Galileo mare ‘Sister Earth’

Royal Meeting sired last years Blue Diamond winner Hayasugi and his progeny at this years sales have averaged $80,000

Sister Earth is an imported mare from Ireland whose race career in Australia was cut short through injury. She has had 5 named foals with 3 winners

Mackstar jumped the border and headed up to Moulamein where he was able to break his maiden winning by close to 5 lengths.. Formerly trained by Daz and owned by some of his close friends of his in Tom & Bernice Mackenzie this win meant a lot.. Hopefully it’s the spark he needs to keep improving and winning more races!!
