First competition outing for the new truck, Cam the Camel bus 🚌 and he didn’t disappoint!
Woodlands Rio Danza did the official elementary for 2 x 🥇, highlight was the 3.3 scoring a 71.1% and a 73.1% from one judge! Had a few dance moments in the 3.2 but overall he was much improved from his last comp which is the most important thing 🤩 slowly getting over his separation anxiety.
Anakie Saint Nick did the inter 1 for a 🥇, not one of his better tests at all as his fitness level isn’t quite there yet and the heat was horrible to say the least☀️

Max is a seriously classy foal! bred for dressage but will suit many disciplines. Only available as he’s a colt and I just can’t keep them all unfortunately! He has lovely big paces just like his beautiful dam, straight legs with great hoof conformation. Extremely quiet and easy to handle! Very much a people person. His sire is training medium/ advanced dressage with ease. Dam has the most beautiful natural suspended paces, as well as a pretty impressive pedigree including Lord Loxley, Weltmeyer, Diamantino, Lord Liberty just to name a few. Expected to mature 16.1 - 16.2hh approx.

🔸Queensland Youth & Pony Dressage Championships 🔸
What a weekend! We took Nick in the Pony Small Tour & Sharon Doe and Laddy in the Youth Rider Medium.
Nick had his PSG on Friday with a pretty average test for him, mainly because I rode it too safe. He scored a 65.539% for 🥇.
On Saturday he had the Inter 1 which is probably my favorite test we’ve ever ridden. With a 67.892% overall, 69.269% from one judge! 🥇 with 8’s from every judge 😱 he ended up with Champion Small Tour Pony 🥇. However he was the only one in it, but on his scored he would have won the youth rider Small Tour as well which is so exciting!
Highlight for me was was getting a 78.25% in the Sharon Doe for my riding assessment with a 2nd by 0.25%. 5th place for the technical part and 🥉 overall in one hell of a talented bunch of riders and the only pony too! Some lovely comments from the judges particularly on his canter pirouettes and his ground cover in his changes.
Poor Laddy had a minor meltdown in the atmosphere of the indoor and made a few mistakes in both his medium tests, however did improve as the day went on. Ended up with a 🥈 and 🥉 for overall Reserve Champion Youth Rider Medium 🥈. So much talent and potential for the future.

What a weekend! We took two of our homebred boys. Woodlands Rio Danza aka Dance in the Novice/ Elementary and Karouselle Paladin in the Medium.
Dance had his first go at elementary for a win 🥇 in both tests, with a 70% in one! Also taking out both novice tests with a 72% and 69% 🥇
Laddy was the only one in the medium, but scored a pretty impressive 69% and 67% for 2 wins 🥇
Very proud of the two boys 💕 huge thanks to the GCEG and sponsors for a great weekend and fantastic prizes.
✨ Little update on our boy Dance ✨
He has just started playing with the changes, finally feeling strong enough in his body for the harder work. He can get a clean and on the aid change on both sides which is all I can ask for at this stage. Only got one side on video. Still a little expressive understandably🤣
We are hoping for an elementary start soon 🤞

Been a busy couple weeks here so haven’t had the time to post this yet. Our gorgeous home bred boy Goldie went to his second comp a couple weekends ago at Toowoomba. What a comp horse he’s turning out to be. He really does have it all, talent, looks and most of all the attitude for the competition scene. He was faultless all weekend! Pulling a couple of 67% tests with only 3 rides in the three weeks leading up to the comp!
Seriously don’t know how this boy hasn’t sold yet, if your after an already going, competed, reliable young horse. Pm me!
