MORTY is laid back and calm, preferring life at a leisurely pace, with a slow walk, a quick game and then a cuddle with his humans.

MORTY has started basic training and loves trying out all the tasks each week. MORTY is learning fast and is hoping his adoptive family will continue with his training.

Because of MORTY'S size, he is best suited to a family with older kids.

Hi there! My name is Nala, I am 11 years old, and I've been at Friends of the Pound since 2022.

Today I had a really fun time I sniffed and played with some catnip and I made a new friend Lachlan who let me sit on his lap for a while.

I am chatty, smoochy and playful and I would make a great companion in a quiet household with no other pets. My favourite thing is to sit up high and watch the world go by. I also like to snuggle in my pod when I am feeling a bit insecure. It might take a while for you to gain my trust as sometimes things make me nervous and I can be a bit unpredictable.

I really need a new start and the chance to learn to love and be loved. I am really hoping that someday I will meet that special person who can give me the patience and space I need to blossom.
