🖤 Kojo Update🖤
Firstly we want to thank everyone who donated, shared the page, bought candles or supported us in any way. We appreciate it more than you could know.
Kojo ended up needing a CT scan, which cost a few thousand more than anticipated which we wouldnt have been able to afford without you all.
Unfortunately the scans came back showing that the mass on his liver is cancerous and has spread to his spleen, lungs and kidneys. He also has lesions on his spine.
It is in advanced stages and we have been advised that he has likely between a week to 2 months without medication, but may get 3-6 months with medication.
Our biggest focus right now is keeping him comfortable and happy and making sure the remaining time we have with him is the best it can be.
So thank you all again, as devastating as the news is, we are grateful to have answers.

As some of you already know, we found out on Wednesday that our floofy boy most likely has cancer. We’ve spent over $2500 this week on testing and procedures but still need a specialist appt in March (earliest available 😭) which is going to be another $1500 at least.
Most of you know how much this dog means to us, so please bear with me over the next few weeks while we try to deal with all of this.
I will also be trying to open up a few more appts to get some extra cash coming in, and would also love it if anyone would like to buy some of my handpoured candles which I will have at both salons.
