SeaSun Getaway - Encounter Bay

SeaSun Getaway is a two storey, 3 bedroom holiday house in beautiful Encounter Bay. It is a short walk to Franklin Parade and the group of restaurants which include Yilki cafe', Beach house pizza and Pa's fish shop. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is ideal for the kids to ride their scooters and bikes. The home features 2 queen size beds and 2 bunk beds with a roll-away bed (Sleeps 9)

We

allow dogs as we understand that they are a part of the family.
***Could you please ensure that they stay off the lounge & beds and do not damage any furnishings. We would hate to change this policy so please take care. What is provided:

*Quilts and pillows
*Coffee machine (DeLonghi Nespresso). Should you wish to use this then please feel free! We only ask that you leave 70 cents per pod used.
*Toaster, Microwave, TV and DVD player, DVDs
*Games
*Washing machine & Dryer


What to bring:

*Linen - pillowcases and sheets.
*Towels



Tariffs:

*$180/night. Minimum 2 night stay

*Public holiday weekends (except Easter): 3 night minimum

*Easter: $300 per night (4 night minimum)

*School holidays (except during summer school holidays): 3 night minimum

*Summer school holidays: 7 night minimum

*Cleaner: A cleaner can be arranged for $80 however if you wish to keep costs to a minimum and clean the house to a neat and tidy standard then we are happy for you to do that.
