We will do our best to reply to you asap, however we may be transporting another cutie when you call us. We are available for after hours work on bookings with 24 hours

notice.Unscheduled transportation will be gladly performed under availability.
3. In order to provide the best quote, please provide us pick up and delivery addresses and telephones.
4. Whenever your cutie is travelling with us on its own, we will require you to provide 24 hrs emergency vet address and phone for safety purposes.
5. NSW regulations require pets to be on harness and attached to the seat belt.

FURRIES AND FEATHERS
Terms and Conditions

FURRIES AND FEATHERS provides pet-transport services from one point to another. The Terms and Conditions below are a contract between FURRIES AND FEATHERS and the customer, which by default agrees to all terms and conditions displayed below.
1. Characteristics, Price and Booking:
1.1. FURRIES AND FEATHERS will provide transport services by sending a quote to each customer by phone, e-mail or SMS.
1.2. Quotes are valid for the period stated within it.
1.3. Bookings are confirmed when the customer sends back an e-mail, prior to the realisation of the services.
1.4. Albeit negotiable on an individual basis, payments must be made on a 50% basis when the booking is confirmed and:
1.4.1. 50% after delivery when the owner accompanies the pet
1.4.2. 50% at pick-up point if it is a sole pet ride.
1.5. No refunds on the booking fee will be provided if cancellations happen under 24 hours ahead of the ex*****on. Cancellations with more than 24 hours ahead will incur no fee and refund will be provided.
1.6. Once service is provided, an update on service accomplishment by e-mail or SMS, eventually with a photo if requested by the customer.

2. Pet and human safety:
2.1. FURRIES AND FEATHERS aims to provide a cage-free environment for small and medium pets, however it is a pre-requisite that pets will remain on the back-seat with a harness attached to the seat-belt. If the pet requires a cage, that must be provided by the customer.
2.2. FURRIES AND FEATHERS reserve the right to decline a ride if the pet is aggressive or un-vaccinated or other reasonable reason under FURRIES AND FEATHERS discretion. In such cases, the booking fees will not be refunded.
2.3. If the pet relieve itself or damage the vehicle within the ride, the costs of car cleaning or repair will be included to the ride.
2.4. FURRIES AND FEATHERS responsibility extends only throughout the service. Once reached a destination its responsibilities ends.
2.5. You authorize FURRIES AND FEATHERS to transport your pet to the appointed medical treatment by you if any incident occurs or serious medical problem with your pet is discovered. If the cost of the ride to the medical facility exceeds the initial agreed amount, the excess will be charged later on to the customer. FURRIES AND FEATHERS is not liable or in any way required to obtain or provide medical treatment other than specified by this clause.
3. Privacy: FURRIES AND FEATHERS may take photographs of pets for its registry and have it published at its page. Photos will maintain customer privacy guaranteeing that no personal data like owner address or anything else rather than pet name will not be displayed. If customer prefers not to have the photos published, please reply within the booking.
