I was scrolling through photos and found this hidden gem … during the challenge trying to come up with tricks for the freestyle was quite tricky!

This was going to be one of my tricks in the freestyle but we just didn’t have enough time to show case everything!

Of course Major was super relaxed and tried his little heart out! No worries in the world.

The big win must have gone to Major’s head he’s now decided to do some redecorating … 🤦🏼‍♀️

The menace himself was let out of his paddock to do some “lawn mowing” but instead he decided to do anything but 🙃

I ventured inside to start unpacking from equitana because I honestly haven’t stopped since then! (Hints the mess at the back door).
Anyways, I heard a noise and I looked outside the window and then devil was trying to get closer and closer to the horse in the yards. I’m sure he was only trying to “make friends” in Major’s eyes but I ran out yelling at him and I get this look of I wasn’t doing anything … 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have honestly been flooded with enquires lately about breaking and training horses. So I thought why not give it a go as I do love working with them, well majority of the time I do. 😆
Whilst I’ve playing with Major at Equitana we’ve been having these yards built to accommodate! When we have our next spare moment each yard will end up with their own shelter.

I can’t thank you enough!

Major has officially been named the 2024 CopRice Australian Brumby Champion! 🦄

The past 150 days have flown by and it’s hard to believe that before that Major was completely wild!
Incredibly proud of what we have been able to achieve and how well he handled the atmosphere at Equitana!

Major’s placings include:
Overall champion
1st in the ridden obstacles
2nd in the Freestyle
He also won the people’s choice award!

Top 3 place getters will do a short talk about their journey back here at the breed village arena afterwards!

Gorgeous breaker Xadie ventured back home today! She’ll definitely be a face we will miss. One very smart mare.
