Very Sad news. Rattery Down Under will be closing down. I have broken my leg and am unable to keep up with taking care of my gorgeous Rats. I will be in recovery for several months. :(

This also means I am rehoming all my rats of various ages.

Please message me if you are wanting to discuss taking any in.

I am located in the Melton Area but may be able to organize something.

Just an update. Still here. Still breeding. I'm struggling a little with posting lately. We have relocated to the Melton are, however, I will be in Croydon most Monday's meaning we can organise adoptions in either area.

I have 3 Agouti litters ready for homes from Boxing day. And got 2 2 week old litters just starting to open their eyes.

I hope to got some photos or videos up in the next couple days.

So close yet so far away. They were really noisy. So, incorporated bearings. The shaft is proving difficult. I wanted to keep it simple. But the the shaft is too weak and breaks

Rat Wheel Update:
30cm, 35cm and 40cm wheels are so close to ready.
They work and are very much loved by my official product testers.
However they are very noisy.
I will be adding bearings and the testers shall test and they will be ready

If you are unaware. It is recommended against providing igloos or any type of hide for Mumma Rats and their kittens. Rats may chew on the edges, making them behave like a saw and can very easily harm the babies. I cut myself a few hours ago while cleaning.
