The the new year approaching, think about keeping your pets safe and sound, most pets are terrified of fireworks, so best to be prepared at this time of year, best to stay home with them, keep them inside, if crate trained, keep them covered, keep a radio or tv on, to muffle the sound of fireworks, keep lights on, keep them in the garage if can’t be inside, and have a collar with contact details incase they get out, they can be returned quickly, please think about them to keep them safe and secure, if you know you pet is reactive take steps if you can’t be home with them, eg, boarding kennel, or pet sitter 🐶❤️

It’s a busy time here, with a full cattery, a few newbies, so will take time to settle in but I love it when cats gets on and mix well, makes my job easier here a few pics 😻🎄

🚨 Urgent Alert: Feline Parvovirus / Panleukopenia Outbreak in NSW! 🚨

There has been a rise in cases of feline parvovirus (parvo) and feline panleukopenia. Both diseases are highly contagious, potentially deadly, and costly to treat.

𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗲𝘂𝗸𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟵𝟬% 𝗳𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀, 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

- Vomiting
- Diarrhoea (often bloody)
- Lethargy
- Loss of appetite
- Fever

If your pet shows any of these symptoms, seek veterinary care immediately.

There’s was a commotion in the cattery today, I had a look and Sev was chasing a lizard that come inside, thought I chase it out, then heard another commotion in Turbos condo, poor lizard, turbo wasn’t happy with me trying to get the lizard, it was still alive, so I put it in the garden, turbos still not happy with me

The cats had some visitors yesterday afternoon, Sev and Milo were quiet intrigued with the horses, as were they 😻
