Our body is the vessel that delivers our soul to the world, so having a healthy one is not a bad idea...BUT our body is not what makes us who we are, our body does not determine our worth, nor should it stop us from living our best authentic life. Too many of us (myself included up until recent years) allow our physicality to rule our lives, determine our happiness and establish our sense of acceptance. Let our motivation to keep our bodies healthy come from the desire to keep delivering our souls for as long as possible, not from the desire to look a certain way.

Either way, you faced the pitch, you swung the bat and you can sleep at night knowing you gave it a shot. Next time you find yourself upset about a situation, what will you do...accept it, or act on it?

Stress is created when our perception of how things 'should' be is in conflict with how things actually are.

If something is genuinely out of our control, and/or we can choose to 'let it go', the reality is that accepting the situation (although sometimes challenging to do) is the only way forward.

As soon as acceptance arrives, stress has the permission to leave.

If you can control the stressful situation and it is important enough, making steps to change it is the way forward...some times a little help is needed to determine what those steps are, but a situation can't possibly change unless steps are taken to change the variables.

Life gets hectic...at times we are so busy trying to keep all the balls in the air, we lose touch with our authentic self. Rather than basing our decisions on our own core values, we allow the autopilot (our conditioned subconscious self, whose beliefs may have been formed while they were only a child) to take control, which sometimes gets the job done, but leaves a trace of discontent and perhaps even resentment. Something doesn't feel right...but you don't quite know what it is.

Let's explore that uneasy feeling and start reconnecting with the person you were before the conditioning started.

Nestled away from the chaos that is everyday life, and embraced by the raw beauty of the Australian Bushland, we can talk, we can walk, or we can just sit and breathe if that's what you need.
