So we received a special request from one of our clients @ Tomingley today.

Over the past couple of months with all of the rain, the road into her place had become impassable by vehicles and while they have tried to fix the road, the weather hadn’t helped and has made it worse.

Today we got to deliver some much needed lucerne chaff for her stock by helicopter 🚁 !

Great work by all involved in making this happen, hopefully the weather will be kind and they can get the road fixed and we can deliver by road again soon.

We didn’t want to believe it but we really have no option. We’ve postponed the Gymkhana from the 8th October and will be doing everything we can to make it happen on 29th October.
At this stage it will still be the same, VERY FULL program.
Thank you to everyone for your support. It means a lot to us.
Those who have already entered via Nominate, we’re going to simply change the date. If that doesn’t suit you and you need to withdraw I’ll process your refund as soon as I can.
If you’ve nominated for the Speed Shear and will now be unable to participate, let us know and we’ll sort things out as well.

I got to check out the new arrival when delivering chaff and feed this weekend to El-Akbar Arabians & Coloured Derivatives.

Also got some interest from the one’s in the paddock as I drove past with a load of chaff and feed.😂😂

My name is Kayla, and I'm the director of Outback Digital. I have been a biz owner for just over 12 months now. When people ask me where I'm from, I always start with, "it's a bit of a story". I'm from Young but moved to Parkes when I was only a child and now I live in both! I've had the opportunity to travel to NSW and visit clients throughout the region.

Before starting my business in the country, I
was a country kid working in city advertising, supporting large-scale companies online. Some of those businesses' products may be in your fridge/pantry!

My passion, aside from horses, is my business. My profession has pushed me towards a post-grad degree, so I can get the golden ticket that labels me a "Master of Digital Marketing." I enjoy teaching business owners about my profession and how my tactics can create online success.

If I'm not on a computer until ridiculous hours of the night, you will find me training horses with my father and supporting my partner on weekends with his horses.

We have some very exciting news...

This coming season, we will have limited spots for full training, in our Halter team. Our focus is on purebreds though we may have a spot or two available for derivatives.

Horses will be trained and shown by Aiden Sgro, with conditioning expert Kristian Akehurst guiding their preparation. Our team do an incredible job and we are thrilled to be able to share their skills with some clients.

As this is a small boutique training experience we are only able to take a select few horses so that we don’t have double ups - though we do have a capable second handler available in Ricky Carver.

Due to an overwhelming demand we have decided to offer WEEKEND HORSE RIDING CAMPS!
Exactly like our holiday camps riders arrive either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning and go all the way through until late Sunday afternoon.

AVAILABLE DATES:

Saturday 13th - Sunday 14th August ($370 per rider)

Our camps are a fun and educational activity to get you or your kids out of the house and enjoying the sunshine!
⭐ All ages and riding abilities are welcome at Ruby Hill, our riders range from 5yo to 70yo!
⭐ Our lesson horses are wonderfully trained and well behaved and enjoy lessons almost as much as our riders! 🐴
⭐ Riders "camp" indoors in our newly completed B&B where it is warm and cosy with full bathroom facilities available
⭐ Healthy, filling meals are provided for the duration of camp as well as fresh fruit for snack breaks between lessons 🍉🍊🍏
⭐ Social distancing and sanitisation/hygiene practices are observed and maintained as per government rules in regards to COVID19.
⭐ Ruby Hill are providers of the active kids initiative and the active kids voucher can be used towards riding costs!

Camp starts at around 10am on the first day and finishes around 4pm the last day.
Spend the weekend improving your riding skills and spending time with likeminded people!
