To all my valued dog grooming clients...it's with a heavy heart that I write this message to inform you that I have had to make the difficult to decision to close my mobile dog grooming business due to some currently health issues (not caused by, but exacerbated by grooming) and an injury I have sustained that will likely require surgery down the track. This was certainly not an easy decision to make, as I have invested significant time and money into the business over the past 2yrs however, as a solo Mum I have to put my health and well-being above all else in order to care for my children and to continue my work as a nurse at Castlemaine health as this is my primary source of income.
I realise for many that this news will be a huge inconvenience and a source of frustration for you and I sincerely apologise. I am extremely grateful for the time that I have been able to groom and care for your Furbabies. I was hoping to be able to complete my week of grooming, but my current injury will make it too difficult/risky. I will be in direct contact with those customers asap.
Unfortunately I don't have any recommendations for a new groomer aside from Bubble and Squeak in Castlemaine and I have heard on the grapevine that there is a new groomer in Kyneton.
I will be continuing the general Mobile pet care component of my business (pet feeding, walking etc) as this doesn't require the level of physical input that grooming does. So hopefully I will still see you all around at some point.
