WE ARE HIRING …

Sharbrook Estate is a boutique Agistment property offering only the highest quality service. We are located in Garfield North (approx 17 min from Pakenham) At sharbrook Estate we pride ourselves on outstanding care and attention of our resident horses. We are a full care all inclusive facility, meaning we do absolutely everything on the behalf of our clients for their horses daily care.

We are currently seeking two reliable, individuals to join our team. You will be looked after with on the job training from our supportive team, a clean, organised and well equiped environment and most importantly realistic time to be able to do your job to insure everything is done to meet our high expectations/standards. You will be rewarded with above award pay, paid into your bank account on a regular fortnightly basis (no cash in hand/under the table work available)

Duties include, but are not limited too;

*Feeding and Rugging Horses (this will be your main role)
*Raking Arena and Round Yard (daily)
*Grounds Keeping
*Bringing horses in for farrier, bodyworker, vet ect
*Bringing horses in for exercise
*Horses in and out of yards/stables AM/PM
*Picking up paddocks (very limited)

Our workstations, tack room, yards, machinery are always kept very well organised, clean and professional so it’s important you have a keen eye for “tidy” and take the time to go above and beyond … “that will do” just won’t do.

Please note … This position will start off approx 8-12 hrs a week (with the view for more) with a mix of AM/PM, weekdays and weekends .. We require flexibility and availability.
