Mikado Park in Garfield North have two lovely geldings available for free on property lease, half lease a possibility too which gives you access to the horse 3 set days per week.
Weekly lessons w Laurie Lever are part of the deal.
Horses are in full care but DIY can be arranged depending on the applicants needs.
Both horses require an intermediate rider so please absolutely no beginners.

Bam is a 17.2 hh warmblood, well schooled in dressage and is happy to jump. He can be a bit lazy so you need to be prepared to work on him.

Ari is a 16 hh tbred , has past experience eventing but has been in the paddock for a while but is back in work now.
He is lovely and quiet but can be nervous so needs a confident rider.

We will require videos of your riding to assess your level.

Shelters in every paddock
Laneway between each horse/ paddock which doubles as an excercise track.
Located ( 5 min hack out our Front gate on quiet dirt road )next to Cannibal Creek Equestrian Grounds w free public use of 80 x 50 arena, xc course and lovely trail riding.
