As you would know, we pride ourselves on delivering quality hay at competitive prices. However, sometimes due to circumstances out of our control hay can go hot. If this happens, in order to honor our guarantee to replace the hay we need to be able to pick up the hot hay as we can then resell it as mulch. If you have used this hay already and we are unable to pick it up as full whole bales, we are unable to replace it. Thank you for your understanding 😀

Grown, baled, chaffed, and sourced right here in the Lockyer Valley. We have been supplying this product for many years with not one complaint. Makes us proud and confident to supply you with this quality product.
Lucerne Chaff: Lucerne Chaff is very high in protein and calcium and many other vitamins and minerals. It also has a high digestible energy concentration.
Oaten Chaff: Oaten chaff is considered softer, sweeter, flatter and more palatable than wheaten chaff. Oaten chaff is used in horse and cattle rations and is high in fibre.
Combo Chaff: Combo (or mixed chaff) is a combination of lucerne and oaten chaff.
